Please note: A limited number of constellations will be guaranteed in advance. Early registration is recommended to receive one of those. Additional constellations will be set at the workshop in the order your registration (incl.payment) is received.

Without the registration form, your registration might not get recorded! Every member of a family attending together must fill out their own form. Parents fill out a form for minors. Registrations will only be confirmed if payment is made within a week of submitting your registration form.

I understand that participation in any portion of this Family Constellations workshop is entirely voluntary. Further, I understand that Family Constellations involve self-exploration and personal growth and are not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy. I agree to advise the facilitator, Brigitte Sztab, if I am taking any medication for any physical or psychological conditions that may affect my participation ability. This information will remain strictly confidential. Brigitte Sztab reserves all rights to accept or reject any person as a participant at any time for any reason. Further, changes in the structure of the constellations workshop may be made at any time when deemed necessary for the health, comfort, convenience, and/or safety of the participants. Finally, this workshop may be cancelled at any time. In the rare event of cancellation, Brigitte Sztab’s liability is limited to a refund of the workshop fee. Mailed payments must be received by June 20th. Later registrants must pay with Paypal.
The postal stamp must be dated on or before the early registration cut-off date (see above) to receive the early bird discount.
